it gave me contractions which helped me to get from 1 to 3 cm .. my doctor said that it is safe, but i wonder if i should take it again cuz last week i only went to the bathroom once and that was it ! not like how ppl say it is.. anyway im trying to decide and see if its gonna help to get me to labor today or tomo..Im 40 weeks Should i take Castor Oil today like i did last week?
I would let nature do its work. There is no rush unless medically necessary and then the doctor can make that choice to induce you.Im 40 weeks Should i take Castor Oil today like i did last week?
You shouldn't have taken it the first time. It can be dangerous. And just because it was fine the first time doesn't mean it will be the second time. If you need to be induced it should be under medical supervision in case of any complications that come with being induced.
i would just wait and let them induce you, it is not that much longer. Spend the rest of you time till then making sure you have everything ready for baby and that you have everything packed for the hospital.
No No No!!!! Very dangerous!
Just wait till sunday... castor oil isn't so pleasant...
