Who here did not use some form of oil today?

Btw if you are reading this, more than likely you are using a computer that has a fan, and a hard drive( both use oil for lubrication). You also would have to be naked, as most clothes are made from machines that require oil.

love the question. and your absolutely right, its impossible to not use oil unless your a nudist who lives in the jungle. just goes to show we need to exploit our own sources of oil rather than relying on erratic middle eastern sources.Who here did not use some form of oil today?

also, plastic comes from oil. so if you, say, live in a house, use a telephone, eat packaged food, type on a keyboard... well, there ya go
That's an obvious fact...however... it does not negate the need to explore alternative forms of energy. Oil is not renewable.
I've attempted to limit my consumption of petroleum by switching to whale oil for as many applications as is possible, yet Liberals still seem to be angry with me, especially when I harpoon a Right Whale...
