My guess is because your membranes were stripped that you are at least 1 cm dilated, so NO you shouldn't insert anything. Once you are dilated, you shouldn't take a bath, have sex, or put anything in your vagina because it could cause an infection.Membrane Sweep today, can i insert Evening primrose oil still at night?
Ok I've never heard of ';inserting'; it before. Just leave it. A membrane sweep will do the trick in bringing on labour.
